Privacy policy.
Effective July 4, 2026. Plain language, no legalese — this is exactly what we collect, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
We only ask you for information through our own forms — we don’t buy or bring in any information about you from a third party.
- Booking a detail: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and basic vehicle details (year, make, model, and condition) — so we can quote the job and show up at the right place with the right supplies.
- Contacting us: your name, phone number, and whatever message you send — so we can get back to you.
How it's sent and stored
Both forms submit through Formspree, a third-party form-delivery service, directly to our business email (jacksdetailduluth@gmail.com). We don’t run a database or server of our own to store submissions — the email itself is where your information lives, the same as if you’d emailed us directly.
All of this happens over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, start to finish.
Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard request metadata for every visit — things like IP address and browser/user agent — the same basic logging any web host keeps to run and secure its servers. We don’t layer any analytics, advertising, or tracking service on top of that, and we don’t use it ourselves for marketing.
What we don't do
As of July 4, 2026, this site does not use:
- User accounts, logins, or passwords — there’s nothing to sign up for.
- Cookies of any kind.
- Analytics, ad-tracking, or retargeting scripts.
If that ever changes, this page will be updated first, before anything new goes live.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact emails as long as we reasonably need them — to schedule your job, follow up, and honor any ceramic-coating warranty. We don’t sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside of Formspree (the form-delivery service itself) and our own inbox.

Want to see what we have on file, correct it, or have it deleted? Just reach out — we’ll handle it directly, no forms or waiting period.
