What this covers
This policy covers www.minnesotamobiledetail.com and its booking pages, run by JP's Signature Car Detailing, a mobile detailing business serving the Twin Cities metro and the North Shore of Minnesota.
What we collect
When you send the booking or contact form we collect what you type: your name, mobile number, email if you give one, your vehicle, the city or ZIP code where the car will be, whether it will be in a garage or a driveway, which package you want, the date and time window you asked for, how you prefer to be contacted, and any note.
We also record how you reached the page: the ad click identifiers Google and Meta attach to a link (gclid, fbclid, utm tags), the page you sent the form from, your browser type, and a shortened, salted hash of your IP address used only to block spam.
The two advertising landing pages (/detailing and /ceramic-coating) load the Meta Pixel, a small script from Meta Platforms that sets a cookie (_fbp) in your browser and tells Meta that the page was viewed, that a phone or text link was tapped, or that a booking request was sent. It does not receive what you typed into the form. The rest of the site sets no cookies and runs no analytics scripts.
Why we collect it
To confirm a time, drive to the right place, and do the job you asked for. The ad identifiers and the Meta Pixel tell Google or Meta that a click turned into a real booking request, which is how the business keeps its advertising spend honest. You can limit how Meta uses this data in your Facebook ad settings, and a browser content blocker stops the pixel entirely without affecting the form. Nothing here is sold or used for anything else.
Calls and texts
By submitting a form and checking the consent box, you agree that JP's Signature Car Detailing may call or text you at the number provided about your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or tell JP when he calls.
Who handles it
JP's Signature Car Detailing owns your request and is who contacts you. Development Motion of Duluth, MN operates this site on the business's behalf and sees requests only to keep the system working. The request is stored with Supabase, the site is served by Vercel, the notification email is sent through Resend, the confirmation text is sent through Twilio, the form is protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, and the advertising pages report to Meta. Each of these processes data under its own terms and does not use it for its own purposes.
How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept for 24 months so the business can follow up, honor quotes and schedule maintenance, then deleted. Email us to have yours removed sooner.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion at any time. Text or call (218) 343-2874 and say it is about the website.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are noted here for 30 days.
