Paint Correction

Restore your paint to better-than-new. Our multi-step correction process removes swirls, scratches, holograms, oxidation, and water spots — perfect prep for ceramic coating.

  • Fully Insured
  • Instant Quotes
  • 5-Year Ceramic Protection

Three levels of correction, matched to your paint

Light swirling gets a single-stage paint enhancement, moderate marring gets a two-stage correction, and show-car finishes get a full multi-step correction — plus wet sanding, headlight restoration, and trim restoration where needed.

The right prep before you commit to ceramic

Ceramic coating locks in whatever is under it, so correcting swirls, holograms, and oxidation first means the gloss and clarity you see on install day is what stays protected for the next 5 years.

FAQ

Paint Correction questions.

What’s the difference between paint correction and a polish or wax?
Wax hides defects for a few weeks. Correction actually removes them by machine-leveling the clear coat, so the finish is genuinely fixed, not covered up.
How long does paint correction take?
A single-stage enhancement takes about half a day. Multi-step correction on a rough finish can take a full day or more, and we’ll scope it honestly when we see the paint.
Will the swirls come back?
Only if the same wash habits come back. Brush tunnels and dirty sponges cause most swirls, so we’ll show you how to wash the car safely, and a ceramic coating on top makes marring much harder.
Is it safe for my clear coat?
Yes. We measure and work conservatively, starting with test spots and removing the minimum material needed. Correction is about precision, not aggressive cutting.
Should I add a ceramic coating after correction?
It’s the best time to, since the coating locks in the corrected finish. Paint Enhancement runs $549, and the full Multi-Step Correction + Ceramic package is $1,850+.
Will paint correction remove every scratch?
Correction removes the vast majority of swirls, light scratches, and oxidation that sit in the clear coat — deeper scratches that reach the base coat or primer may need touch-up paint rather than polishing.
